We’ve done the architecture thinking on the volumes.

The house is in a rectangular location which is almost flat. The house is located on the back of the plot leaving the garden in the south side.

The house is structured in two floors. Ground floor, with dining-living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a toilet and parking. The first floor has an en-suite bedroom, a bedroom and a 30m2 studio with a polyvalent area that is open to the dining-living room through a double space. The spaces are linked through a brick wall that goes from the porch until the back of the house.

The main facade is a mix of the house, the porch and the pergola in the terrace of the first floor, having the pergola as the main element. To emphasize the outlook we’ve played with the materials and the brickwork. The lateral facade integrates all the windows with a design structure that goes from the porch to the back of the facade.
