Having spent / wasted 10 weeks going down the road with Wickes only to eventually cancel my order following a succession of promises none of which were fulfilled it was a pleasure to be able to discuss my requirements with Pembroke Bathrooms. I called Richard on a Thursday, had a survey + quotation on the Friday and placed my order on the Sunday. Fingers cross there installation quality will match the high level of customer service. Anybody out there thinking of using Wickes DON'T!!

Excellent service from Pembroke Bathrooms, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. From start to finish both Richard and Martin were a pleasure to deal with, polite, helpful and informative. Each day the room and access routes were left clean and tidy. As for the finish, I can't fault anything. The workmanship and attention to detail is spot on! Sincere thanks to you both. I will be in touch next year without a doubt for the second bathroom. 👍
